ABOUT THE CHIEF FRUIT OFFICER​

​

Shelley made Aliyah from London 11 years ago. She qualified from Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies with a BA in Hospitality and Food Management. Shelley was an Event Manager in London working in the top London hotels including Park Lane and Grosvenor House and has also worked in the catering and banqueting departments of hotels in Israel such as the David Intercontinental Tel Aviv and the Dan Eilat. Shelley lives in Harish with her husband and four children.

All products are strictly kosher, but with no formal hechsher just yet (since we operate out of a home kitchen). Mehadrin ingredients available upon request.

We are a frum family business, very sensitive to kashrut .
